And when I'm lying in my bed, I think about life and I think about death, and neither one particularly appeals to me...

A Little More Stupid, A Little More Scared

This is a short poem I have just wrote about "Hate". How it tends to take control over people and lead them astray. Having a constant battle with 'it' and trying to keep an equal side rather than be completely full of hatred towards someone or something...

A constant conflict, between me and involving you

Pressured into thoughts not of my own but brought upon me by your spindling clues

Daring to use a curse but much too afraid, I feel a strong word on the horizon of my lips

Self-defence within my minds control, clambering to shut you out like an impending eclipse

You cast a spell over too many judgements, sending out signals in a collection of messages

Although you may be wise and pertain a certain way, in the end I only see dark presages

There is no control over me, I retain an equality

Conquering you would be my greatest victory.
